Matthew James Bailey is a civilization strategist, technology pioneer, metaphysical explorer and teacher of consciousness. He works at the intersection of cosmology, consciousness, artificial intelligence and civilization design—connecting a first-principles understanding of reality with human evolution and the practical creation of a flourishing future.

Across three decades, Matthew has helped shape global technology movements, advised governments including the U.S., G7 and UK, worked with leading global technology companies and international standards bodies, and developed large-scale innovation ecosystems for territories. He has led global initiatives across IoT and smart cities, built business practices, and overseen the deployment of millions of intelligent systems worldwide.

A serial entrepreneur, inventor, author and internationally sought-after speaker, Matthew is the founder of the World 3.0 Global Think Tank and AIEthics.World, and the author of Inventing World 3.0. Alongside his institutional leadership, he remains a grassroots champion for the people—committed to ensuring that technology supports human sovereignty, cultural integrity and community empowerment.

Matthew holds U.S. recognition as a Person of Extraordinary Ability, based upon sustained national or international acclaim in technology, and has served as a Visiting Scholar at NIA/NASA.

His technological leadership is grounded in a profound spiritual awakening with the Cosmic Christ at the age of nineteen. The Path of Enlightenment

Universal consciousness

Since I can remember, I have always been curious about my true identity and purpose within this beautiful human experience.

Throughout a lifetime of personal exploration of truth and seeking factual evidence in the unseen (I'm all about data points), I discovered a profound partnership with what I call 'The Source of Consciousness' and 'Universal Field of Intelligence'. John P. Milton calls this 'True Nature'.

This isn't whimsical. I meticulously seek the real deal, both for myself and others. I rigorously test all knowledge. By practically applying this 'field of creation and knowledge' to innovation, business, technology, and service, time and time again, I've found it to be remarkably beneficial to the whole - powerful, inviting growth and yet gently nurturing.

In human terms, this can be seen as the dance between the Light and Shadow, The Warrior and Priest, or what the Vedas infer as Soft and Hard Power, the interplay between Yin and Yang and Hermetic Principles. When these forces are integrated, an individual undergoes a transformation into what I call The Supra Human - enlightened Human Being thriving within Intelligent Design in magnificence.

The renowned Carl Jung concurred with this universal truth - the integration of opposites is essential for personal growth and mental health.

Flourishing within the (quantum) field of Creation is where the Age of Ethical AI can practically support us, opening new frontiers of freedom, knowledge, wellbeing and capabilities within a Universal Consciousness.

This is a remarkable opportunity for life to progress into new frontiers on earth and in the cosmos.
