I created World 3.0 to help guide this global transition by inventing and building new civilization infrastructure for the age of artificial intelligence—ensuring that authentic Ethical AI supports human flourishing, consciousness, and the thriving of life itself.
World 3.0 brings together artificial intelligence, universal intelligence, consciousness, spirituality, and human evolution, all aligned with the deeper laws of the universe. This is not a distant or speculative vision, but a practical path forward for how humanity can evolve wisely alongside intelligent machines and venture towards it's true North Star.
At its heart, my work is focused on the evolution of intelligence—both human and artificial—ensuring their shared future serves ife, meaning, new growth and civilization as a whole.
I am Matthew James Bailey, internationally recognized as a leading authority on Ethical AI and global digital transformation. My work spans artificial intelligence, IoT, smart cities, and large-scale intelligent systems, with millions of thinking-type machines deployed worldwide. My global contributions have been recognized by the U.S. Government, granting me status as a Person of Extraordinary Ability, and in 2022 I served as a Visiting Scholar at NASA.
Beyond ideas and commentary, World 3.0 is actively building the foundations of a new civilization—ethical AI architectures, governance blueprints, cultural frameworks, and human-centered technologies designed to protect sovereignty, dignity, and the flourishing of the family of life. These systems are practical, deployable, and created to support societies through the profound changes brought by artificial intelligence.
Following a spiritual awakening at the age of 19, I have devoted more than five decades to deep exploration of consciousness, reality, and the universe itself. This lifelong journey forms the philosophical foundation of my leadership and impact as well as leading to the creation of the Universal Human Academy.
My mission honors the lineage of ancient wisdom traditions, yet my leadership is firmly rooted in the digital age. I bridge timeless spiritual insights with modern technological systems, translating universal intelligence into real-world architectures for civilization renewal—work that I believe is critical at this moment in human history.
Through global talks, media appearances—including Coast to Coast AM and Gaia TV—events, and direct engagement with millions of people worldwide, I advocate for a benevolent and ethical AI future that honors humanity’s universal and divine nature, while avoiding paths that reduce or mechanize the human spirit.
