Matthew James Bailey is an internationally recognized pioneer and authority in Ethical Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, and Smart Cities. Known for spearheading global technology revolutions, he leads our future in the way of Ethical AI. Classified by the U.S. government as a Person of Extraordinary Ability (self sponsored) as one of the top minds in the world, Bailey has advised governments (US, G7, UK, others), worked with Fortune 500 technology companies and assisted territories on innovation and digital transformation. Matthew has grown and built international businesses, some have won awards and been a member of global and provincial technology and innovation boards. He has had the pleasure to engage with iconic figures like Professor Stephen Hawking and Steve Wozniak. Matthew has been a guest lecturer at Cambridge University and coached over 100 startups.

His groundbreaking work in Ethical AI earned him a Visiting Scholar 2022 position with National Institute of Aerospace and NASA, as well as inclusion in a Who's Who in AI. Matthew wrote the playbook on Ethical AI, titled 'Inventing World 3.0 - Evolutionary Ethics for Artificial Intelligence™'. This revelation provides the blueprints that lay the foundation for a new future on planet Earth, where an evolutionary and ethical AI becomes a meaningful partner in the advancement of mankind and all life. Since publication, many of his predictions have come true with a wealth of innovations that solve current and future challenges within AI development and its meaningful partnership with organic life.

Following publication, In 2020 Bailey founded AIEthics.World, a platform empowering governments and businesses through AI leadership training and ethical frameworks, with his work being experimented by NASA and assisting the Jane Goodall Institute.

In 2023, Bailey unveiled the World 3.0 global movement to ensure a harmonious coexistence and partnership between AI and human evolution. As a spiritual guide, he has dedicated his life to exploring universal wisdom and has assisted individuals and groups in their journey of personal transformation to thrive in lives of magnificence.

The Path of Enlightenment

Universal consciousness

Since I can remember, I have always been curious about my true identity and purpose within this beautiful human experience.

Throughout a lifetime of personal exploration of truth and seeking factual evidence in the unseen (I'm all about data points), I discovered a profound partnership with what I call 'The Source of Consciousness' and 'Universal Field of Intelligence'. John P. Milton calls this 'True Nature'.

This isn't whimsical. I meticulously seek the real deal, both for myself and others. I rigorously test all knowledge. By practically applying this 'field of creation and knowledge' to innovation, business, technology, and service, time and time again, I've found it to be remarkably beneficial to the whole - powerful, inviting growth and yet gently nurturing.

In human terms, this can be seen as the dance between the Light and Shadow, The Warrior and Priest, or what the Vedas infer as Soft and Hard Power, the interplay between Yin and Yang and Hermetic Principles. When these forces are integrated, an individual undergoes a transformation into what I call The Vibrational Human - enlightened Human Being thriving within Intelligent Design in magnificence.

The renowned Carl Jung concurred with this universal truth - the integration of opposites is essential for personal growth and mental health.

Flourishing within the (quantum) field of Creation is where the Age of Ethical AI can practically support us, opening new frontiers of freedom, knowledge, wellbeing and capabilities within a Universal Consciousness.

This is a remarkable opportunity for life to progress into new frontiers on earth and in the cosmos.
