The first is technical authority. Recognized by the U.S. Government as a Person of Extraordinary Ability for leading digital revolutions across IoT, smart cities, and large-scale intelligent systems with millions of thinking-type machines deployed worldwide. I have operated at the frontier of artificial intelligence as a builder, not a commentator. In 2022 I served as a Visiting Scholar at NASA. My advisory work spans the world, including governments such as the United States, UK and G7 partners, multiple nations, big tech organizations, global standards bodies, and large-scale innovation ecosystems.

The second is five decades of metaphysical and spiritual leadership. Following a profound awakening at 19, I have devoted my life to exploring the deepest architecture of consciousness, reality, and the universe itself. Teaching, guiding, and transmitting wisdom that has benefited people's lives. This is the foundation of the Universal Human Academy and is the divine heart of World 3.0.

Most AI leaders are technologists. The majority of spiritual authorities and teachers are not building AI solutions. I am both and that is precisely what this moment requires. The transformation of intelligence — human and artificial — demands someone who has navigated both frontiers.

World 3.0 builds what emerges from that rare convergence: ethical AI architectures, solutions, and practical civilizational blueprints that are simultaneously technically rigorous, metaphysically grounded, and practically deployable.

The next chapter of humanity will not be written by machines. It will be written by those wise enough to remember what intelligence is truly for and courageous enough to build accordingly.
